The book will be divided by 4 tabs, 1 for each trimester and the fourth for the first month of motherhood and extras. Each section will contain roughly half content/activity pages and half journal pages to record the excitement, fear and thoughts that accompany those months. The trimesters include variations on the "fruits of your labour" and a chart for emotional mood swings, plus room for pasting in first ultrasound photos and photos of the growing bump.
